SNAP Progams Staff

Meet the Supervisors and Coordinators on our SNAP program team!

Shawna Fatigate - SNAP Program Manager

I first worked as an instructor in 1997 at Wachusett Mt. in Massachusetts. I made the move to Vermont 7 years ago after meeting my wonderful husband, and have worked at Smuggs’ skiing and snowboarding since. I am thrilled to be the program manager for our adaptive program as it combines my love for snowsports and the outdoors with my experience as a special educator. I feel privileged to work with the athletes who participate in the SNAP program as their strength and positivity is inspirational. I am a member of PSIA/AASI, certified Level 2 Alpine, Level 1 Snowboard, and Children's Specialist 2.

Aiden Potter - SNAP Program Supervisor

I was born and raised in Vermont and was exposed to skiing at a very early age. I also have a background in psychology and human services. That is why my position within the Smugglers’ Notch Adaptive Program is a perfect fit for me; it combines two things I am most passionate about. I come from the outlook that no matter what an individual’s ability is they should have an equal chance at finding success. Through my work I have personally seen how empowering snow sports can be and my goal is to share this experience with as many people as possible.
