Payroll processing takes place on Mondays and Tuesdays, and takes precedence over most other issues during those times. As a result, responses to other needs may be delayed on these days. Your patience is appreciated!
Paychecks are distributed on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 3:30 to 4:30 pm ONLY. For security purposes, paychecks cannot be placed in mailboxes, so you must pick up your check during one of these times at the Shop. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of direct deposit, as this will get your pay to you sooner, and eliminate the need for you to be in the Shop at one of these specific times to get your check.
Remember, if you feel there is an error with your paycheck, you must fill out the Paycheck Discrepancy form (available in the Shop or in the links to the left) and submit it to Admin for review and approval. Our Administrators cannot make changes to your pay without these signed forms and a copy of the applicable pay stub.
